CREATE ENGLISH MP3 FILES FOR 912 PHRASES. ONLY US BORN ENGLISH SPEAKERS PLEASE

I have 912 words and phrases, divided into 30 files. I need EACH PHRASE to be created into an mp3 files, each file must be of superhigh quality, without any static or breathing sounds, you should be in possession of a studio grade microphone, otherwise do not bid. Each phrase will be named using the serial number that is written next to it, with a post-fix 'eng', meaning phrase number 32 would be [login to view URL] and so on.
Currently these phrases are handwritten. I need them to be typed into a csv files. Each file will be named depending on the headings given on each file. I will provide an example csv file, you can open it in notepad (right click and open with notepad) and type in the data in the following format:
index number, phrase,
example :
35, How are you?,
652, The train is coming,
