Biotechnology Startup Consulting Company Administration Assistant

We are looking for a well organised administration assistant to help organise and arrange file documents, track milestones, set milestones, arrange meetings and perform some technical writing duties for a consulting company based in Australia. We work with international companies and universities in China and Australia. Ability to use online software such as word, excel, sharepoint, dropbox, asana, slack, pdfs and other standard online software is mandatory. Attention to detail is mandatory. Strong-moderate english fluency in reading and writing is mandatory. Some chinese fluency would be beneficial but not mandatory. Some experience in clinical trials, medical regulation, contracts and legal would be beneficial but not mandatory. The expected hours of work varies from 2-6 hours per week. The work load is expected to increase to 8-16 hours per week over the next 3-6 months. We are a small startup consulting company less than 1 year old, with two existing team members.
