Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling purchases and transactions in a swift and efficient manner. You need to be proficient in navigating and purchasing from various US websites. - Managing customer inquiries. You should possess excellent English communication skills to effectively respond to our customers. The ability to multitask and work across multiple tabs simultaneously is crucial, hence a fast Windows 10 PC is a must-have. Please note, Macbooks are not suitable for the task. Also, bear in mind that this role requires smooth and prompt communication, and hence a high degree of professionalism and customer service skills are required. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in an e-commerce setting, particularly managing transactions and customer service communication.
