Model predictive control with Kalman filter

Hello I need someone who can do model predictive control with Kalman filter and I have to do this to control the speed of induction motor. I need the simulink model, the entire system . the kalman filter is used to estimate mainly the rotor flux,I need to use the MPC to control thee velocity , the kalman filter is a secondary thing Kindly, check the attached file given here below, thanks
