Significance:
Reason1: Lots of the newly-built high-rise buildings entirely block the lightness of the pathway, the shadow districts are existed. Thus it induces lots of inconveniences to the residents there.
Reason 2: existence of snakes is hardly seen by the residents, unfortunately some of the residents are being bite by snakes. It is a safety concern.
Reason 3: Lack of lights create a higher possibility of robbery and crime.
Therefore, increasing the street lights cab enhance the safety and security.
Specific requirement:
Design the street lights in accordance with the standards and rules by the lighting menus conducted by Highway Departments (HYD)

1. Brighten the pathway (must indicate the distance between the street lights Lux.
e.g. area of village is 160m x 180m àheight of the street lights 8.5 m
