Need great designer and strong developer for website

We need a strong front and back-end developer/team with an excellent design aesthetic for this project so if you lack any of these skills it is best that you don’t bid (just being straight upfront to be respectful of your time). Some people are good developers and bad designers, and some people are excellent designers but bad developers. Very rarely is someone good at both. In addition, the designer and developer needs to have knowledge of SEO best practices. We are seeking that rare individual or team to work on our project. Please let us know which technologies you would like to use in your bid. Target audience of site = Moms. Moms are very busy people. GoshKid helps them plan activities for kids. We have a massive database of every imaginable activity possible in the New York area in an excel spreadsheet. See attached for a sample. The website needs to be very fast and easy to use so that Moms can QUICKLY find what to do, where to do it, how much it costs and be on their way. ## Deliverables The key pages have been designed (see attached) but a lot of the remaining pages still need to be designed using the style of the existing pages. For example, the activity display and sorting page for each of the activities are critical pages that need to be designed to show all the database data in a simple and easy to read manner. These pages should have excellent search and sort capabilities. If you analyze the database extract attached, you will see why the pages for each of the activities need to be designed slightly differently. Also, all of the typical pages (privacy policy, contact us etc.) need to be designed. The back-end UI pages also need to be designed so that I can view reports and operate the site easily. There need to be back-end pages for end users as well so that they can maintain their profiles etc. In addition to all of this design work, some modifications to existing pages need to be made. For example, share buttons that allow facebook and e-mail sharing need to be added. Facebook Connect needs to be integrated. From a design perspective, This site will never run ads so there is no need to leave any space anywhere to run ads. Nice open white spaces are good, instead of unnecessary clutter. Then all of the above pages have to be developed. We also need Google Analytics integrated. The process we would like to follow is that you will do wireframes first. Once we approve them, you will provide us with a sprint plan where you will submit end-to-end working deliverables at the end of each 1 - 2 week sprint. Thanks for your bid.
