flag a posting on craigslist

This is a c# winform vs2008 application. I am looking for you to build a sytem where I proivde the link to a posting of craigslist and the application goes and flags it so that the posting is removed from craigslist. Note that a posting is not removed only by one flagging. Several flaggings (from different ip addresses) would have to be done. You will provide a complete solution where the program will automatically change the ip address, flag it and then do it again several times. I am not sure what is involved in changing the ip address. If I would have to buy ip address then let me know what it would take to do that. I would prefer that the system is built so that it uses dial-up connection (since each dial-up connection will have a new IP) to flag postings. thanks ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
