Currently, when we send an email from our godaddy hosted email to a gmail address, some people get it quickly, others get it hours later. I don't know why there is a delay. It has just started to happen. Previously, sending to a hotmail address goes to spam, and sometimes to shaw and sympatico, they would not get it at all or goes to spam for a few days, until it sorts itself out. I need someone to fix to make sure my emails get sent to gmail (they are sent one email at a time manually and they are invoices). We typically send through outlook imap and sometimes through godaddy webmail. I also want someone to create SPF records as I think sometimes people are using my domain to send out emails.

Hi, there could be various reasons why the emails are delayed a typical one is Greylisting, for accurate answer it will require analysis of the SMTP transmission logs, especially if you are sending bulk emails. The SPF records should be easy to be configured on the DNS. I will require further information and access to be able to complete this project. Best, Evangelos
