Hello,
I want a software to automatically respond emails. by the following logic
Respond the email if
- the sender is <A specific email address which is constant>
AND
- the email subject contains <a specific string which is constant>
AND
- we did not reply to this message yet
--> the reply goes to the "reply-to" Address and NOT to the senders address.
The reply is always the same text.
Gmail has a functionality like this but it answers to the sender and not to the "reply to address".
the email is registred with gmail, but it is possible to use another provider.
A possible solution is either to configure a mail client such as thunderbird or similar to answer correctly and automatic, or writte a micro email client which handle it.
The email has to be answered within 1 minute.
Please give me a realistic approach, how you think it would be the best to resolve this issue (eg if you know an email software which has this function integrated or if you prefer to write a client, or if you know a client where it is possible to add this function), and please give me a money and time quote.
