I have over 35 years experience as an electronic design engineer, please see my profile for more details The current price and timescales are only place holders to allow me to communicate with you I would prefer to work in milestones but cannot define these until have more details I believe I could easily provide a o to 5amp current source working fro a 12V battery. However the control could be really simple or much more complicated. As far as I interprete your request you need a current controlled converter to regulate the current comming from your battery. any idea so far about the type of battery and how long it should operate? The second part of your request is a charging circuit to power up the battery. These are two fields of engineering I feel at home. do you need a schematic or also the layout of the PCB?
