Hello I have opened the schematic and it is one page schematic , In PCB you have placed all the components and Ground pour is also there on one bottom layer, For USB2.0 only length matching will be possible , not the impedence matching is possible in two layer PCB I will start the project from 14th December and i will finish in next four days I hope you will consider me Regards Engineer humza

The most important thing to consider is part placement and board size. And I agree hand routing is the way to go on all pcb designs since the auto-routers do weird things. Relevant Skills and Experience The best solution is to make the bottom layer the GND plane and the top layer your signal layer. I have done this many times to save time and costs.
