Need a solution to count working hours of slow moving machines on a large 2 [login to view URL] plant area.
Each node should monitor working hours of a group of up to 8 machines. Input signals are normal 24Vdc signal coming from the machine. The mesh should auto-organize itself because of the dynamic movements of the group of machines.
On a user terminal (local based) the data of the working hours should be logged on a database and displayed.
For service maintenance an alert should be displayed and send the information per e-mail if a pre-defined service interval time of a machine has past.
