Hello I require someone who can build a PCB schematic and take care of everything regarding the project (hw, fw, ..). I need a GPS tracker that can report the following every 5 seconds (configurable) to a web services: - The location and speed. - Accelerometer values in 3d. - Discoverable Bluetooth devices nearby. - Car engine state (a 12v on/off signal). I expect the following: 1- HW design for (Bluetooth, GSM/GPRS, GPS, Accelerometer, battery, PIC). 2- Firmware with proper document codes. 3- Mechanical design (case and cooling), and all needed manufacturing documents. 4- Tested prototypes. Cost of components is outside the bid. Bluetooth is for discovery only and not for connection. I do not pay any upfronts.. First milestone on first tested deliverable.

Hi this is my first time on Freelancer. I design and build my own vending machines but also do projects like this when they pop up. I have extensive experience in telemtry systems (for my vending machines) so this kind of job is well within my experience. I am also very competent in industrial design for the case and so on. I have a workshop in Sydney where I do all of my work. There are other variables that you need to mention if you want an accurate price. How are you powering the board and where are you mounting it in the car (reception issue), what are the size requirements, what are the power draw requirements, what are the quantiteis needed (this affects production costs).
