SMPS power supply design

I am excellent welding power supplies design, Plasma ARC power supplies, high frequency transformers design, solar grid tie transformers, electrical vehicles design, circuits design, multi-channel LED Drivers, Regulated power supplies design with universal input to DC output, Audio amplifier, drives design, Filters design for harmonic analysis and Power factor correction, SMPS, LED drivers, DC-DC, AC-DC converters design, PFC interleaved boost converter, Battery management system, Battery chargers, UPS design, sine wave Inverters, solar grid tie inverters, Solar battery chargers and street light systems design from few watts to KW range using Buck, Boost, and Buck –boost, Interleaved boost/buck, Fly back Push Pull and H-bridge inverters. I have very good experience to design high voltage power supplies up to 50KV for capacitor charging power supplies using soft switching topologies. I have work experience to design from few watts to KW range meeting all compliances like EMI/EMC and safety standards UL etc.

hey i have seen your requirements. i have 5v 1A availble . other i can design also. 5V 1A i designed using TI ics. i will provide you complite solution from design to fabrication. if you want small size then it might be 10 * 10 MM.

Buck Synchronous buck Boost Inverting buck-boost SEPIC Cuk Zeta Fly-buck Flyback Two-switch flyback Active-clamp forward Single-switch forward Two-switch forward Half-bridge Full bridge Phase-shifted full bridge But we are going with low cost design, It is better to use Isolated Flyback topology AC-DC 230V input max=150W
