Help me to create a city in OPENGL

I have to learn how to use BLENDER and BLENDER GAME in order to create a small OPENGL based virtual 'world' for an assignment at the university. The problem is that I only have two weeks to complete it, and given BLENDER's steep learning curve (which at this point, it seems to me more like a brick wall), there is no way on earth I am going to be able to finish it on time all by myself.

Here is a translation (from Spanish) into English of what the teacher wants:

"Using C++ and OPENGL, create a 'world' where graphic primitives can be observed. All items in the 'world' should have texture, and the user should be able to realize a virtual tour using appropriate keyboard keys to move around like, for instance, the arrow keys.

What should not be done is to display the inside of a single house, but rather, outside scenery. For instance, if you decide to create a city, you can include parks, buildings, shopping centers, churches, streets, cars, lamp posts, etc. If you create a navigation menu you will get extra points for you project."

Given the short amount of time available, I want to use objects (buildings, cars, etc.) taken from the Internet, and add a couple of our local buildings so the teacher cannot suspect that I leached absolutely everything off the Internet. I will include pictures of local famous buildings that I would like to create myself. I do not intend to put too much effort on it. It can be made of a few simple boxes and columns. Most of the appearance should come from the texture, especially the windows.

I need someone to help me and teach me. I have a complete city that I downloaded from the Internet. This is the youtube video: [url removed, login to view] and the city is available here: [url removed, login to view]

Tell me how to add and remove objects (like buildings, cars) from that city. How to remove objects. How do I save individual objects so I can open them afterwards with BLENDER to make changes. Tell me how to paste a bitmap skin onto the face on a box or building. I need to know how to scale things, like if for instance, a lamp post looks too big in comparison with the other objects. Guide me to the best object repositories on the Internet, if there are any better than those at [url removed, login to view] And help me with any other issues that might come up that do not occur to me beforehand.

After the city model is ready, you will write for me the C++ code to make it work directly with OpenGL libraries *independently* of Blender and BlenderGame. I want the project to be a Visual Studio 2010 project preferably. If you use another IDE such as DevC++ you must help me to make it build/run on my computer. The code should of course be extensively commented since I need to understand every aspect very clearly and how it all works in case I have to explain it. If there is something in the code I find unclear I will ask you to explain it to me and you should be ready to do this.

You have to tell me what is the best time to call or contact you, when you can reply to my questions quickly. I just cannot afford to wait many hours or days for a reply to a question. What I really would like is to be able to finish this in a day or two if that is at all possible. I will offer $100 for this project, but I will only accept bids above $50. Please bid only if you seriously believe that you can help me as it could be disastrous for me to have to cancel a project and post it again.

Hello. That part about what the teacher wants... Is that the entire assignment text? If that is all it nowhere says it has to use Blender models and it has to be a city. Can it be for instance a random / procedura More
