Looking for a Magento Expert

We are looking for an experienced Magento developer who can fix following things in our website: • Adding first name and last name to Magento Session, so Magento knows that Last name of the customer is XYZ or ABC. Because PayPal also shoots an error sometimes, Last name not found when a transaction is done from it. Sometimes it goes smoothly. • Also please note, Usually in PayPal we login and then we come to the review page of PayPal. But not here, we don’t show the customer review page, we redirect the customer directly to Success page and charge his PayPal. This is our quick payment scheme. This has to be noted or else we might have bugs in the future. This part is already done by the previous team. • Shipping charges never get saved in the first change, every second change is saved in Magento. Which is a big problem and has to be resolved immediately. • Email Template issue, Tracking Number and Courier company name do not get listed on the email sent out. • Sometimes DHL is shown with a dummy tracking number. Even though it was not added by us. The actual one added is USPS, But DHL also is added as a record in shipment. From last couple of shipments we have added, this issue is not coming up now. But it has been with us from Weeks before. Suddenly it has disappeared but this is an issue which should be taken care of from the ground level. • Shipment templates are not uniform, I had made changes in one, but the others are not getting updated. So if a customer paid by credit card, the email going out is fine, But missing some values like I mentioned above. Whereas PayPal and amazon paid customers never get the same template. This is also an issue to be resolved. • Redirecting from iframe of Payment gateway does not have a proper way or a solutions which is perfect, this has to be resolved. So no customer faces an issue where payment is done and he is not redirected to payment gateway which will off course not record the sale in Magento. • Issue missing from your mail, once a customer successfully does the transaction, His username is created in the system and a default password egano123 is sent to the customer to log in, this is fine, but if the same customer comes in and log in, the same form still shows up. OR in another perspective, A returning customer comes in and places an order, He enters the same details on the checkout form for his name last name address, Also email is same, then we have an issue, The payment gateway iframe shows up below, The card of the customer is charged. But when it is time to redirect customer to the success page, Magento shoots an error saying Customer already exists etc. etc. And we stand on that page forever then. Sometimes when payment is done and it is time for redirect Magento also pushes error, Missing Street, Missing City/State, but I have been unable to find a way to replicate these two errors of Street and City/State. They show up anytime. • Responsive design for [login to view URL] page, because if you open up the site in mobile devices the issue can be seen, Overlapping of all the data on one another. This has to be fixed. • Replication of this whole functionality which is 0 step checkout etc. With all these bug fixes above, all the template fixes, PayPal success page without review page has to be done on three other sites. We need to fix this system to have fix shipping cost + weight based like Amazon. For example in Amazon we just have a very simple formula. For Europe we say $30 + $10 per lb. So system automatically calculates total weight and adds up remaining based on the weight but starting would be $30 at least. So Asia is $40 + $10 per lb & Canada is $25 + $7 per lb • Along with all these changes made, PayPal and Amazon should not get affected Please don't send us pre-written proposals.
