Senior Drupal Developer

We're looking for an ongoing contract-based PHP programmer. Fluent English Communicator Required Key Responsibilities Include: Analysis, development and deployment of websites using standardized processes and development guidelines. Develop, maintain and expand website content, administration tools and site functionality, within project specifications. Ability to manage hosted LAMP web hosting accounts including management, set up and deployment of sites. Ability to use GitHub repositories. Provide time estimates for development of web projects. Strong ability to solve problems, troubleshoot and sharpen web apps and code. Stay abreast of new technology. (Research and acquire new skills through independent study.) Play a direct role in maintenance, technical support, documentation and administration of company-used technologies and code. Work closely with the client services team. Specifically looking for a rising star with: Minimum 2-5 years of related experience in hands-on development of PHP and MySQL websites, including HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, etc. Experience implementing Drupal 7, Drupal 8 and WordPress and custom or purchased modules/plugins. Experience implementing Magento and custom or purchased modules. Certification in web-related technologies. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Asana Project Management Suite experience. Required Technical Wizardry (aka, Skills) 3-5 years PHP, MySQL, HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript. Strong knowledge of one or more content-management systems Drupal 7, Drupal 8, Wordpress, Magento are important. Experience in installing and configuring other off-the-shelf/open-source PHP solutions, as well as writing code from scratch. Strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
