OATH LOGIN, update 2 drupal website core and captcha - repost

JOB DETAILS I have 2 Drupal websites I need updated, one is very simple, the other has a longer requirement list. The simple one is just a captcha fixed. The more extensive change on the second one, is a membership website already. The membership is free. However, we need users to be able to use OATH authentication, by logging in via a facebook or google plus so they don't have to continue using the website without having to maintain a seperate password. Next, is we need the ability to reply to PM messages directly to the sender from the phone, so it doensn't keep going back to the email we use to send PMs and such. Members want to be able to have more of a mobile option with the site, here is a comment from a member: "Yes. I want to be able to reply to forum post by emailing. Like you did in good old days. Also would like to submit new discussion via email as well. This will partially alleviate issue with both OATH support as well as mobile version of the website since essentially email will become another gateway into the system without neccessity to utilize web access."
