vb.net duty list & Leave List

look at this i want to make software can add every thing on this picure like 1-can print repoert for 1 year all stuff anual leaves 2-can print report duty list for month 3- can add aunal leave for each stuff and reading it on any duty i gona work on it automatic ( aunal leave for adam on 17/05/2018 to 17/06/2018 like this ) can add stuff and puting by dates if it new stuff like ss/n nd its new its going with ss/n but be last one on ss/n mean every one on his job but be on the last by date be car full this project will be for any jobs not only for hospital or any of company . 4-can add new stuff and select what his job like ss/n, msa , tpn , els 5-can add box like on the last picure theres box mean its coures i want to control can do like this munal and outing on the duty to every stuff knowing whats mean this like L= Leave , SL = Sick Leave BL= Birth Leave , els tell me your price iam waiting you as fast dont tell me dont have a time i want it full source code
