Build me a VB.net + WPF (or other interfacing technique) interface

I am looking for a developer to write a sample code in VB.net to make an interface for a WPF (xaml) application. Requirements: 1. Programmatically build 3D shapes (Cubes) on a Canvas tool in the WPF environment. Now the user should be able to interact with the shapes, such as selecting it and changing the color with a click. 1.1 Say make 10 cubes 1.2 select 7 of them using mouse click/drag 1.3 Remember them in the memory 1.4 Change the color 2. The camera view of the Canvas should be interactively changeable. This is a simple ONE TIME JOB and could be finished in 2-5 hours, but based on the performance you will be contacted for a component development in the same project with an elaborate duration and payment.
