I need help with Powerapps to create forms and connect to data from Sharepoint online, do various lookups (via lookup or additional data connections) to put the following in place:
1) user requests a PO number, provides vendor, and various charge codes (from managed metadata),
2) user provides order items (quantity, description, orderid, unit price, charge codes)
3) user or system creates a letter with information (pdf)
4) the letter is sent to (3-step) approval flow, and upon approval to vendor.
All steps are recorded in an (existing) Sharepoint online list
Main component to be developed: Powerapps forms that feed the Flow and provide necessary variables
I am interested to see if this can be done in a clear manner with Powerapps Forms and Flow such that the resulting components can be easily maintained.
Vendor list (existing) should be used and should be augmented when a new vendor is used.
(metadata, excel template for order form, and all SP lists and metadata are already in place)
