dhtml for my design

We need to convert our PSD design to full function web site with CSS. We have around 6 pages. All pages design on one of two design base. => Hand coded XHTML Strict markup => Light-weight tableless CSS layout => Semantic Markup used for SEO => Easy to integrate with any CMS => Clean W3C Valid XHTML / CSS => IE6, IE7, Firefox, Opera and Google Chrome compatible => Compatible with MacOSX Safari => Optimized images for fast-loading => Identical to the original design We have low budget. The site is already built using php and mysql. Please bid only expert person with work sample. I will share the site in pmb to the bid finalists.
