Write a function for Delphi

I need a function (source code) for Delphi 10.3.3 in the form of a separate unit which "minimizes a window to the tray (notification) area". As parameters for the function I can provide: - The window handle of the window to "minimize to the tray area" - The file path of the application .exe used to retrieve the icon for the tray area icon - PID of the application program The created tray icon must have these properties: - Icon of the passed application - Have a one-item context menu with configurable text which "restores" the window - Have a mouse-hover hint which shows a configurable text - Upon left-click or double-click or context-menu-click on the tray icon the window is "restored" - Upon "restoring" the window the tray icon is destroyed - Must work in Windows 10, 8, 7 - The function must return a handle for a method which allows to "restore" the specific window programmatically - Must be error-free and not leaking memory on operation - All source code must be provided - I get the full copyright of the source code
