Detect garbage names using Delphi -Read FULLY before bidding.

We have a long list of names, some are garbage entries like wrewrewre lkjlkjljk We need a tight/fast function in Delphi that will detect names like this and return a confidence score. 0 = not garbage, 10 = 100% garbage Below are samples that are garbage data. Strategies (1): look for level of repetitive characters (2) look for all vowel or all consonants (3) Look for key distance on the keyboard (example letter A is surrounded by Q,W,S,X,Z on the keyboard). We are looking for a smart coder that knows how to use the resources on the Internet and will be smart enough to research the problem before diving into coding. Here is some sample bad data.
