Delphi Indy FTP Client and Server - Embarcadero Delphi XE6

I want a small application developed using Embarcadero Delphi XE6. The application should use the Indy FTP client and server components and run on any version of windows. The application should be capable of sending and receiving binary or text files into a public folder on their PC or on the receivers PC and keep a folder in sync. So if I put a file in a folder locally, it automatically appears in a folder on your computer if they know each others IP address and have the permissions to get through the firewalls. I need to be able to compile and run the application successfully locally on my PC using my Embarcadero Delphi XE6 before I will sign of the project
