Convert PHP to Delphi XE10 console program

I need someone to help me convert a PHP project to a Delphi console project.
The PHP project contains various files (PHP, JS and CSS) and only the PHP files will be converted to Delphi.
The Delphi will use "writeln(....);" in order to show the pages.
The delphi console program will be executed from a PHP file.

$_SESSION can be used and written from the Delphi console program to PHP (this part is already done).
The Database server will be a remote server MySQL and using FireDAC components.
