Need to develop our own custom methods for delivering ringless voicemails using our own customized system. The CRM specs have already been put together, we just need to work with someone who is familiar with implementing ringless voicemail methods so that we can run our own campaigns internally. Ultimately making up front investment in order to not have to pay per ringless voicemail drop through third party provider.
