This project is to produce code in R or Python to calculate a fully specified range of aggregate figures including means (unweighted and weighted), percentiles (10, 25, 50, 75, 90) (unweighted and weighted), counts, summed totals, differences, percentages and other relatively straightforward calculations, from input files of unit-record data is a standard format with nine fields. A calculation specification document and an input data screenshot are attached.
