need lists of pr2-7 actual page PR blog commenting pages

this is what i'm looking for and i'm very picky :) i am seeking HIGH PR ACTUAL PAGE blogs to place comments on. they MUST be ALL do follow pages, and the PR has to be the page itself, NOT the domain. SHould be open for comment, with minimal OBL and preferably auto approve. I normally get lists of 100 of these from a provider for $30-$40, so please keep this is mind when placing your bid. unusually high bids will be ignored quickly. i am seeking a partner for long term work to work with my current provider now. i will take lists of 100 at least once a day up to five times a day. this is a serious ongoing project. first few lists ALL links will be manually checked for do follow, allow comment, and PR before full payment.
