Research/Data Entry - Update 300 Prices on my Zen Cart

I have a new American shop and need to update the prices of about 300 products.
The store is already up and running and is a Zen Cart.
You will need to do some research into the current prices of each product by looking at prices on stores like Amazon/eBay, add a percentage onto this and add new price to my website,
You need to be good at maths/excel and I would like this done quickly.
