We would like to extract and analyze data on electrical utilities in the US based on datasets from FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission). However, the data is available in FoxPro format and we do not have the programs to extract it into readable format. We'd like to engage a freelancer to convert this into either CSV, ACCDB, or XLSX format. Here is the link to the data: [login to view URL] We'd like to extract all the datasets from 2005 onwards.
