Looking for a fun & fulfilling freelance position working as the right-hand woman for a growing company serving spiritually conscious, heart-centered clients who are making a significant contribution and impact in the world?
I am looking for a very specific person. Most of my freelancers stay with me for several years because of the positive, uplifting, supportive and flexible environment. I am looking for someone to grow with me long term.

Job Overview:
• Part time (approximately 5-10 hours/week - potential to grow into more based on fit and overall skills and abilities) - Please know that your weekly hours will start as fewer as you demonstrate your excellence and your outstanding and superior skill sets, the hours will expand and you will flourish!
• Work from home; flexible hours but generally available on East Coast Time Zone
• Must be located in the US

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Email management - Manage and oversees all email correspondence and phone correspondence (no outbound marketing, mostly just return customer service and media calls/inquies).
On line event set up via Instant Webinar, Zoom, and/or Skype
Calendar management
Appointment scheduling + managing
Client care - talking care of support requests from current clients via email and telephone
Your Knowledge Base and Qualifications ~ You must be completely fluent in and excel at:
Gmail and other Email Service Providers, for expample, Go Daddy
Mac Mail
Grasshopper ~ phone support company
Word, Pages
Excel, Numbers
Key Note Presentations
Integration of other on line internet activities and websites related to this kind of work
