A part time assistant to help a growing cleaning business. Will need to know how to use Launch27, Active Campaign, Quickbooks, Zapier. This position would be very part time starting about 10 hours a week. With more hours in Spring and Summer. Job would include: Scheduling clients and cleaners Daily billing Daily verifying cleaner hours for payroll Client emails, inquiries, customer service calls and feedbacks Social Media Branding, Facebook, Instagram Assisting with new employee screening and hiring. Payroll prep Additional tasks to be added as I find the right fit for my company. Someone to grow with us and be competent by spring/summer busy season. NOTE: All candidate must come from AMERICA, ASIA OR EUROPE.
