We are a house cleaning company based in Toronto, Canada that is in the process of implementing Launch27's CRM and scheduling software. We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with extensive experience in Launch27 to assist us in setting up our client recurring schedules and populating their customer records with notes. We are still learning the software, so patience and a willingness to walk us through your set up process are also required. Thanks for your interest! There is a possibility for the role to evolve into ongoing business support -- therefore, availability from 9am to 5pm EST is ideal. NOTE: if you have only a little experience in Launch27, this position would not be a good fit.
