Simple data entry and data collection for 200 companies

We need data fields and files of 200 companies populated and saved in a specific format. The final deliverable for these 200 companies is a combination of: 1. A completed spreadsheet with 13 simple data fields (eg: company address, phone, email, website) 2. A populated folder with ~8 requested types of files to be saved (based on a specific format and naming convention) (eg: presentations, reports, profile images). The work is very straightforward and we have created a guided document on how this task is to be achieved and where the information can be found. We will share the G-docs once the candidate is confirmed. We shall do a review of the data at 2 stages: 1. 20% of the way through 2. 100% (at the end of the project) We expect it to be completed in 50 hours or. 6.25 days. If the candidate presents a good deliverable that meets the pre-determined expectations there is potential to re-engage them on a bigger project of a similar nature.
