I would like to hire a contractor to create email addresses. This would also include finding records that have no address and then looking up the address and pasting it onto the spreadsheet. If there is no First Name and Last Name, then delete the record. This contractor would generate 19 email addresses for 802,734 people. I will provide a permutation spreadsheet to perform this task. I would like to hire a contractor who is good with Excel spreadsheets, can integrate and automate the permutation sheet with other spreadsheets and speaks English well. These generated email addresses will be placed onto a spreadsheet with other additional data in a certain format. I would like a money-back guarantee and unlimited revisions. My total budget for this gig is $5 and if you do a good job, you will receive another $5. I will probably go with the lowest bidder. Please do not quote a price and then attempt to change it later.

Hi, I've bid on this project pretty low since I've just begun on Freelancer. I'm a Data Analytics professional having a very good understanding of Excel Tools and Mind training to deal with garbage data. In this project I assume, that: 1. There're only one word first names, and one word Last name of users. I.e. Max 2 words per name 2. You need 19 different permutations for each mail id as per predefined rules. 3. There's no other data dependency. If these are true, I would just need a few hours to complete the task and hence I've kept additional time buffer to ensure no garbage data is there.
