Romanian VA for research and build email list and send out emails

We are looking for a Virtual assistant to do the following. Please only apply if you understand Romanian (you don't have to be native)
There are 2 things, the freelancer should:
- research companies in Romania, in the selected geographic area, within an industry. Then put these into a database of excel, together with Name of the company, phone, and email, activity (what they do/sell)
- send out emails daily (a script will be provided), you will log in into a Gmail account and send out an email template, replacing only a few words, like company name, industry, what we offer in few words.
We would like to research and send emails to 30 companies/day. You can do research on one day for the rest of the week, then send out the emails daily.
