Retype this list of architectural drawings and specs from PDF into a Word form

I have a list of architectural project sheets in a complete drawing set and a list of specification section from the project manual. The sheet names, date, spec sections and description, etc need to get populated into the word form.
The entries in the form are just examples, and should be deleted, so the form is filled with only the sheets and specs from the pdfs.
Drawing sheets should be listed in the order that they appear. Issue dates are in the lower right hand corner.
Spec sections should also be in the order they appear. Use 9/28/2018 and Rev 0 for the issue date and revision.
