A program that monitors something happening from an mobile app --> And give information from that to excel

Hello.. Not really sure what im looking for, as i dont know what is needed to make this work. I run a poker app that is very popular, and some of the owners are going to remove the "Rake" "tipbox" feature. So i need a program that can "see" the screen, and give me information directly to excel.. Do you know what it takes to make something like it? Let me know..
