I run a web hosting service and have experience migrating IMAP accounts around. That's a whole lot of data and accounts to be moved and time needs to be allotted for any possible problems during migration, so I don't think it can be done in one weekend. I propose a 2 weekend, 4 days total, staggered job. I'll forgo my Sundays off in lieu of cash.
