Part-time Virtual Assistant required for an on-going job.

20 hours per week, working 1pm to 5pm (Australian Eastern Time) Monday to Friday.

Hi, my name is Shane and I'm a busy contractor. I need help!

My business looks like this:

2 days a week I work as an educator, working with adults with disabilities. I run classes, design educational resources, and complete admin.

I also have a marketing company, where I design websites, business cards, brochures and attend expos on behalf of clients.

On the side, I sell on eBay, which is currently generating more revenue than my other work combined.

Moving forward I am in talks to create my own education company which will provide training to marginalized members of the community.

The position:

The staff member will be required for bookkeeping, data entry, research using google and eBay and other general admin tasks.

All training can be provided as well as career progression if the candidate is looking to move to full time.

Experience in the following would be an advantage:

- Quicken / Quickbooks / Xero

- Evernote

- Trello

- Microsoft Office

- Ebay

- Wordpress

- Social media

- Google Suite

- SEO
