General Virtual Assistant

We’re an Industrial Controls Consultants firm looking for a GVA (General Virtual Assistant) to work directly with me and supervise other virtual employees. This is a new position for us so you'd be learning on the job, creating SOPs as you do them, and figuring stuff out using your caring attitude, keen judgment, and relevant experience.

VERY fluent and conversational in speaking and writing English

A CAN-DO pro-active attitude and approach to work

Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects and prioritize according to discussed objectives and priorities of company

Impeccable reliability and trustworthiness

Relatively fast, accurate, grammatically correct typing

Ability to work some overlapping time with 9am-5pm USA eastern time zone

Tasks

1. Filtering Emails / Managing Spam

2. Database Building / Updating Contacts or CRM

3. Answering Customer Service Emails /Tickets / Chat Support

4. Sending of Greetings eCards, Event Invitations, etc.

5. Calendar Management

6. Appointment Scheduling

7. Reminder Services

8. Book travel

9. Problem solving

10. Solution Research (ie "how do I...?", or "I want something/some one that does xyz...")

11. Interface with the rest of the team, clients, partners, on CEOs behalf

12. Search for new bids and sign up with other customers to do business with them including government agencies.
