eBay, Amazon, Rakuten Product Listing, Data Entry

We currently have 5 eBay business accounts, Amazon accounts and 1 Rakuten/[login to view URL] account for our business. We also have Sears and Newegg as well; however we will work on them later. We need someone who can handle product listing and optimizations, analyzing search results and doing web research for better ranking. We currently have more than a thousand listings listed already in total. You must be very familiar with Amazon and eBay. Rakuten is much easier platform to learn anyway. This is a long term job, will NOT finish in 3 weeks or a month. Listing Products on eBay: We currently have more than 400 different items in stock. All the pictures and the prices of the products will be provided by us. What you need to do is; finding good and ranking titles and creating couple GTC listings for each product we have in stock. Depending on the product, we may create from 3 to 10 listings. Since some products are compatible with many devices, we may need to create 25-30 listings. On these listings, listing title will be different on each; the rest will be the same such as images and description. We have the description for some of our items. There might be some that we don't, at this point; you will need to get it from other listings on eBay. You must be familiar with all the rules and regulations with eBay. You need to be really careful about Duplicate Policy, keyword spamming or use of branded keywords. If you like, you may use TurboLister or FileExchange, or simply Selling Manager Pro. It's up to you. We also have TeraPeak account. After creating all the GTC listings, we can create auction style listings for each one by using TurboLister. Listing Products on Amazon; You need to have a very good Amazon ranking, SEO, keyword research and product listing skills. As you know, there are 2 ways to do listings on Amazon. First; offering price on an existing listing, second; creating a new listing from scratch for an item. We will do both. I need you to get into all products and offer the prices that we have in stock on Amazon. And once finish, we will create our own listings with own brand, as we have a brand name. When creating a new listing, good marketing skills and listing strategies are very important. You need to be good at creating a hot title and keywords in order for the listing to get a good ranking in a short period of time. We will also use Amazon Product Marketing in the future. You must be familiar with Amazon listing rules. Listing Products on Rakuten: Rakuten has many similarities with Amazon. The system is almost the same. We will pretty much do the same thing on Rakuten.com. Every account we have is standalone. We really care about the IP addresses that log into the accounts; this is why we have assigned one or two computer for every account. You need to connect to the computer we have here through teamviewer or any other software in order to work on the listings. We want to create long term relationship as these listings will need a management and monitoring later on. We are more into paying for listing qty that has been created. We are looking to list around 20 listings per hour by manual on site. We are also open the suggestions and ideas as well.
