Hello,
Please look at attached file. This is a regular excel file where we keep statistics on our business.
So we have a house that have "X" number of people and we need to know:
1. The percentage of occupancy for any given month . For example, lets say we have total available beds 15. If all of them are occupied for the month of January, it will be 15 people X 31 days = 465 nights total available for the month of January. However, lets assume that only 75 nights were occupied, so we need the formula to figure out the percentage of occupancy.
The start date of rental and the end date of rental are in the columns "F" and "G". Also, the column "J" should calculate the number of days each person was in the room.
2. We need a table where we can put in the variables to generate that report:
1. Total number of beds available:
2. Month
So by inputting this data, the excel must produce the result - % of occupied beds that month.
