This is a data-entry and scraping task requiring knowledge of geographic coordinates, Google Earth, etc. There is NO programming required for this project. I need the boundaries described in the attached PowerPoint file, delivered in structured format which describes each boundary as a shape delineated by a set of Latitude/Longitude points. I can accept any of these formats: json, xml, kml, or esri-shapefile. The work must be at least 99% accurate, measured by random sampling of data points to be disclosed at the discretion of the employer.
