This is research for the U.K market ONLY, all MUST be in the U.K 1)      10 X ingredient suppliers that sell plant proteins in bulk, this is B2B (not retail brands) ·         Point 1 are ingredients suppliers that supply ingredients to food manufactures     2)      30 X snack bar companies that make their product in the U.K; this should include muesli bars, vegan bars, protein bars. This is B2C retail brands (not B2B brands).     3)      30 X cookie companies that make their product in the U.K, we are only looking for gluten free cookies.   4)      40 X customers that use a) grape fruit juice b) grape fruit concentrate in their product. They should have a) grape fruit juice or b) grape fruit concentrate on the ingredient list on the label of their product. We are only looking for gluten free cookies, muesli bars, protein bars/balls, pita bread & flat breads.   ·         Points 2 - 4 are all RETAIL brands, this means they sell their products on-line and in supermarkets.   5)      10 X 3rd party contract manufactures that specialize in making snack protein bars and muesli bars   ·         Point 5 – are companies that specialize in making the products eg.
