Business Directory Category Management

Our Business Directory has 3,600 native categories Eg Butcher, Baker, Plumber etc. We wish to load these to a directory platform that has an existing Category and Sub Category taxonomy defined within it. The task is to manually go through each of the 3,600 categories and assign the appropriate primary Category and Sub Category from the drop down list.
