Appointment setting and directions for a US medical clinic

About First Aid Occupational Health: We're a growing medical clinic that currently provides one basic service - Department of Transportation Medical Physicals. We are looking for someone or a team of virtual workers to help set appointments and manage a busy calendar of appointments. Candidates will receive inbound calls and need to know a basic script, learn & add to our FAQs, learn a little about our area so you can provide directions. You will be receiving inbound calls. 95% of them are asking for a DOT Physical. You will follow a simple script that gets them to schedule and pay over the phone.
