We are specializing in disaster relief currently accepting applications for administrative positions We provide business continuity and logistics services for the telecommunications and energy sector during emergency situations. We are looking for qualified individuals with problem-solving and multitasking skills to build a strong admin team - administrative experience is a plus. Our company has provided services for numerous relief efforts over the last ten years, including hurricanes like Irma, Maria, Harvey, Matthew, Sandy, and many others. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment this can be a very rewarding opportunity. Starting compensation is $15 per hour as an independent contractor with opportunities for advancement.
Job duties included:
-Ensuring employee hours are up to date
-Managing pivot reports
-Managing reimbursements and approval for all receipts
-Managing, securing, and tracking of all rental vehicles and necessary equipment
-Collaborating with state and local governments for waiving fines and tolls
-Management and oversight of all credit cards
-Activating and tracking all personnel
-Updating and inputting all new and existing personnel information into the database
-Communicating with contractors and vendors
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Organized and detail oriented
-Proficient computer skills including MS office and Google Docs
-Skill in exercising mature judgement, making decisions, and responding to time sensitive situations
-Must have valid DL
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Must legally be allowed to work in the US
