Growing company needs administrative/clerical assistance. Majority of work will be on the computer so strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Google Docs is a must. Excellent written and verbal communications skills required. Quick learner and ability to work independently is necessary. Knowledge of QuickBooks, HR or grant writing is not necessary but a plus! Candidate will have to pass a level 2 background screening. This is a part-time position, 20 hours a week, that has strong potential to grow into full-time.

I am able to offer exceptional administration skills including advanced Excel and Word experience. I have all round business experience and have worked in HR for 6 years previously. I can offer finance, procurement, management, sales and administration skills as well as above average communication skills on all levels. I have a clear credit score and do not have any convictions against my name. I have worked in the Oil and Gas industry where this type of screening is standard.
